    Agree with that.

Another annoying one is pubs that have seats at the bar and the people sitting get all arsy when you reach across to get your beer.

I find I suddenly have very shaky hands when I encounter this and there's small spillages as I reach over to get my drinks which go over the very important people sat at the jump.

Tbf, if a boozer gets that busy, they'd probably make it easier for themselves to not have seating at the bar, or only a small part of it

Saw one comment on FB that made me laugh last night

Its alright buying up everything but surely you've got to realise your going to put yourself at risk still because your going to come into contact with people who cant purchase sanitizer because you've taken it all

    Get the ‘spoons app.
Really? I find it pointless. Spoons is slow anyway, so why would you want to wait even longer. The idea of a pub is that you go up to the bar and see what they have and get served fairly quickly. Not wait half an hour for a pint

Wetherspoons in general annoys me. I don't mind it sometimes and it can serve a purpose. But they have no atmosphere and character compared to a proper pub. Also the people who think going spoons is a personality trait are the worst. Often its a pub for people who don't like pubs

In my book, though I do not judge those who disagree, Spoons is only acceptable if you want to start drinking before 12.

People on social media offering up toilet rolls for a massively inflatted price. It might've recieved a very slight chuckle when the first person done it a few days ago, but come on ffs

Remember going to france and wanting a beer so went up to the bar to order it. the place was empty. barman was having none of it and instructed us to sit at a table. so in the time we sat outside at a table, him eventually coming over taking our order, going back to the bar to pour the drinks and then coming back over to the table to serve us we could of been on our second pint. and they expect a tip.

You order when you're half way through your pint and generally it's delivered far quicker than bar service, as it's generally given priority.

I always go to the bar here, unless we're eating.

Fair enough. From my own experience though even this I've always found myself getting a drink from the bar quicker, whilst the others I'm with using the app are waiting a long time.

I think I generally just enjoy going up to the bar seeing what they have.

Also if you're at the bar you can see if they're pouring it from the slops tray.

I think it depends where you are.
It's brilliant if you're in The Spoons at Brixton for a gig.
Three deep at the bar, which you can't get near and they serve to your table in a minute, so you don't lose your seat.

Used to drink the slops at the end of the night anyway. All for a good cause

People who still display a tax disc in their car. You haven’t been required to do that for about 5 years.

Yeah, annoys and confuses me. Couldn’t decide which one to go for, but went with annoy in the end.
