Kreamer: I don't think there is any evidence in the submitted bundle on Elliott's appeal.P0

Lauren has nailed point after point. Chaisty was just waffling and picking out bits of Mihail's language by comparison.18

Now demolishing chaisty's nonsense about weeks.

Kreamer: The importance of this club to its fans and to its community should not be underestimated. And I invite the court not to do so5

Whatever the verdict, LK couldn't have made a better case for Panorama and by extension for CAFC and all of us. Great job.
Fingers crossed.

Sounds like the court hearing has started with a Naby Sarr pass back to Dills.
It was his foot he held up.1 -
Oh ffs (in response to @Weegie Addick)0

Into the last 5minutes.
Where's BFG when you need him.0 -

I agree. But it seems there is missing evidence that could have swung it and the EFL can be blamed for that. That and MM not identifying the risk. We need to tell him to F off after this.2
-
Judge has bottled it then?0
-
Surely Farnelliott will bottle a full on trial and are playing for a bigger settlement?0
-
How can he decide one thing one case and then come to another conclusion at another when nothing has changed?5

Kreamer: Chaisty refers to weeks, but then mentions November, which is months..."2

Judge reckons there is no immient takeover so doesn't matter about season starting soon
Yeah because this is all to let TS know who he should be dealing with surely0 -
We need to pressure the EFL to stop farting about. If they fail the appeal that might prevent it going to trial. Can't see us winning this though.2

Judge is saying trial in November isn't unreasonable......4

He has been shown up for what he is today.......'great' on social media but not so much when it matters4 -
I can see this going to trial. Disaster for the club.4
-
Why doesn't the judge know about TS sale? It might not be imminent but its far along to be of significance?1
