Team game @mrbligh. MMs submission would have been shared and checked and updated wjere necessary by the cafc/ESI legal team (i presume).mrbligh said:
don't think so. just our main 'witness' as it were is a clown/chancer/lovely guy and should be kept on in some capacityForeverAddickted said:Judge has bottled it then?
He has been shown up for what he is today.......'great' on social media but not so much when it matters0 -
If the Judge does not believe there is an imminent sale why does he think any one is in court trying to get or prevent an injunction to stop a sale happening?22
-
So no injunction means ES1 can sell to TS and ES1 and ES2 argue the toss later, whilst CAFC sails into a stunning future free of the snakes ?0

TS won't wait until November.10

The case is going to trial come what may - the issue is whether to grant an injunction to prevent a trial beforehand. That is why they have been making submissions about whether damages are a suitable resolution - if so, no need for an injubction to prevent the sale.3

I guess from the judge's point of view, us not being able to strengthen the side before the transfer window closes isn't relevant to this case.

I'd rather we won the court case than the football match.

This is ridiculous. What would you, lock him away and forbid he gives evidence? He is the incumbent and it fell to him to provide the submission presumably through others to the court.LenGlover said:
Probably by design in my opinion.MuttleyCAFC said:To be honest, MM made that likely. What a plank.
