Kreamer: I don't think there is any evidence in the submitted bundle on Elliott's appeal.P0

No its frustrating the EFL have stayed quiet as its helped them to avoid that issueMuttleyCAFC said:It may be telling that ESI2 have not explained why they expect to win the EFL appeal. Surely if it was on a technicality that was easy to remedy, they would refer directly to what that was.1 -
Lauren has nailed point after point. Chaisty was just waffling and picking out bits of Mihail's language by comparison.18

Wasnt that the explanation that farnell gave originally? Utter bulls**t

Now demolishing chaisty's nonsense about weeks.

Kreamer: The importance of this club to its fans and to its community should not be underestimated. And I invite the court not to do so5

Whatever the verdict, LK couldn't have made a better case for Panorama and by extension for CAFC and all of us. Great job.
Fingers crossed.

Chaisty was also wasting time, as if he wanted the case to overrun and be postponed for another day...Chunes said:Lauren has nailed point after point. Chaisty was just waffling and picking out bits of Mihail's language by comparison.5 -
Obviously EFL have never shared the technicality reason with fans as it's an existing appeal, but surely they would have needed to supply the reason to the court today.MuttleyCAFC said:It may be telling that ESI2 have not explained why they expect to win the EFL appeal. Sounds like the court hearing has started with a Naby Sarr pass back to Dills.
It was his foot he held up.1 -

Where's BFG when you need him.0 -

I agree. But it seems there is missing evidence that could have swung it and the EFL can be blamed for that. That and MM not identifying the risk. We need to tell him to F off after this.2
-
Judge has bottled it then?0
-
Surely Farnelliott will bottle a full on trial and are playing for a bigger settlement?0
-
How can he decide one thing one case and then come to another conclusion at another when nothing has changed?5

Kreamer: Chaisty refers to weeks, but then mentions November, which is months..."2

Definitely looking this way.se9addick said:I think the injunction will be granted so that it can go to full trial.Elliott’s lawyer has been able to create enough doubt around the ownership to (in the judges mind) justify a trial.Don’t think we’ve been able to show any imminent harm to the club/ESI should the injunction be granted and a full trial initiated.0 -
Think so.i_b_b_o_r_g said:

Judge reckons there is no immient takeover so doesn't matter about season starting soon
Yeah because this is all to let TS know who he should be dealing with surely0 -
We need to pressure the EFL to stop farting about. If they fail the appeal that might prevent it going to trial. Can't see us winning this though.2
-
I'm very confused how he can take that view.ForeverAddickted said:How can he decide one thing one case and then come to another conclusion at another when nothing has changed?0 -
Judge is saying trial in November isn't unreasonable......4
-
don't think so. just our main 'witness' as it were is a clown/chancer/lovely guy and should be kept on in some capacityForeverAddickted said:Judge has bottled it then?
He has been shown up for what he is today.......'great' on social media but not so much when it matters4 -
I can see this going to trial. Disaster for the club.4
-
Why doesn't the judge know about TS sale? It might not be imminent but its far along to be of significance?1
