So today’s judge thought yesterday’s judge was wrong in not giving an injunction.Oh hold on it’s the same judge!3
-
Sandgaard isn't going to wait around until November. He'll go elsewhere. Unless he can pay off Elliott.
Edit: phew0 -
Cheers I've edited my post for nowCallumcafc said:

Are you joking?ForeverAddickted said:Club can’t now be sold until 4pm on September 9th. #cafc0 -
The judge says he will give either party liberty to apply over the time frame of the interim injunction. He says it has to be a short injunction, otherwise it would be "tantamount to overturning his original decision".
Each party given liberty to apply to vary the injunction but judge says he doesn’t encourage it.

Well, that's not good.

FFS - so know we have to wait to see if the Court of Appeal grants them leave to appeal. Thought Elliott had the best interests of the Club at heart. Cnut.0

Christ what a typo to make.2

Both parties assert the precedent the losing party should pay both sides’ cost.

Chaisty now asking judge to give Rio a call and ask for his opinion1
-
Honestly. I give up. The club is cursed22
-
Ability to vary the timing of the injunction too.
We're fucked.
Chaisty is just going to vary it all the way up to the appeal and we start all over again. He's got his injunction through the backdoor.0 -

Cawley now also saying November???0

Typical Charlton injury time equalizer3
-
This makes no sense. He didn't grant them an injunction yesterday, but suddenly today he deems it worthy of a temporary one?1
-
He's effectively over turned what he said yesterday of not giving the injunction, but has now given it but time limited to 7 days.robinofottershaw said:
Sept 9th?ForeverAddickted said:Club can’t now be sold until 4pm on September 9th. #cafc0 -
The judge has effectively said that he doesn't believe Sandgaard's interest in buying Charlton will be affected by a short delay.
2 -
A small time delaying tactic that while completely annoying, will not work. Can't imagine TS will be put off by this1
-
I know he’s just doing his job but Chaisty is a grade A...2

4pm 9th September.0
