    I am clinging to the NLA theory that this was really all about costs and that TS has a deal with RD and the EFL will pass that. 

    I have given up all hope now and resigned to the conman winning.

    I'd take admin and losing everything to get these pricks out of the club. Can't see the EFL approving TS until after the court case, we'll likely go bust before then.

    The judge used MM evidence as one of the reasons the injunction was granted today, so I’d say there’s a big reason for speaking to him. Just because he’s incompetent, doesn’t mean he can’t be asked why his provided  evidence was amateur.

    Just seems so weird to me that this can be allowed to happen.

    The two judges sitting there today would’ve known we were fucked on that decision
    Chaisty knows he’s fucking us
    The EFL know Elliot is a crook

    And despite all this it’s still in motion. It’s genuinely like they want us to go bust.

    Our future is on a knife edge now. If the embargo can not be lifted, we are in a dangerous position. 

    TS I believe to still be intent on taking us on, I do not believe there to be another deal in place either.

    Can Elliott rescind his injunction request?

    I do wonder whether the lack of engagement from PM is down to the fact that they believe the deal/loophole TS has found is sound and renders the whole process moot.

    No point going off at the deep end, wait until the key player in this has his say.

    As for the people saying LK is culpable, what a fucking joke. Even the judge acknowledged that she had been hung out to dry and that she did a good job in the circumstances. What is she supposed to do if she has radio silence from TN and MM? She can hardly phone the court and say she isn't coming.....
