Does this mean that clubs in Kent, Ebbsfleet, Dartford etc will be allowed to play as normal but still no spectators?

If my family lived in Bexley (they don't as they're dead), could I stay with them at Xmas and go to the Boxing Day match?

No because being in T3 you're not allowed overnight stays anywhereArsenetatters said:If my family lived in Bexley (they don't as they're dead), could I stay with them at Xmas and go to the Boxing Day match?
But then arent these current tiers being reviewed on the 16th December so might be allowed to go Boxing Day anyway0 -
At this rate we'll have about 200 at the game next week.1

50% at PVR is around 2k which is more then their average gate anyways I think?Chris_from_Sidcup said:So how many fans would Welling be allowed in under the new rules?
Unless a ton of Charlton fans start going because we can't watch our own team and bump up the attendance dramatically.0 -
I thought movement between tiers was being allowed between 23-27th Dec?ForeverAddickted said:

I assume so, seeing that they played on through the second lockdownArsenetatters said:Does this mean that clubs in Kent, Ebbsfleet, Dartford etc will be allowed to play as normal but still no spectators?
A bit of a disadvantage for Kent clubs, as their home games will be behind closed doors, whereas their away games will have up to 2000 home fans there0 -
Top of the league Dartford travel to Eastbourne on 5th December. How are club who sales tickets on the door going to stop anyone from travelling and arriving on the gates. One of those when you wont see colours at the matches.killerandflash said:

I think nearly all the conference level teams have online ticket sale systems in place, so they could restrict it to online sales only. Below that Ive no idea how they could police it.SouthWest_Addicks said:

As it's Eastbourne, anyone there under 65 will be a Dartford fan!SouthWest_Addicks said:

I’m an adult. I will not die from this. I will also no go and see anyone in my family if they were vulnerable. I don’t need people like you dictating what I can and can’t do. Stop scaremongering, you are not the police or the government. You do what you want and let’s others do what they want.StigThundercock said:

How about you let people get on and do what they see fit for their own nearest and dearest.StigThundercock said:
It's not the government's bizarre rules or the absence of any that makes a reckless halfwit take an entirely avoidable risk with the health of their supposedly nearest and dearest. London's gonna be in Tier 3 for weeks if not months.
How many of you are really gonna go to a match and risk giving your Granny COVID for Christmas?
What level of avoidable illness and deaths in your own families is acceptable to allow you to attend a few more matches before most of us get the chance of an inoculation in the Spring?
Does seem bizarre to allow people to go to games right after a lockdown - i wouldn't blame the people choosing to go though, it's the government and their stupid rules
By all means carry on as if you're invulnerable, that's your right. Any of your "near and dear" that suffer as a result of your dogmatic enforcement of your so called liberty, that's on you; you can't have it both ways. Trouble is the unfortunate saps that bear the brunt of all this loudly hectored "freedom" don't get a choice do they? The bill for your much vaunted "freedom" isn't paid by you is it? Your freedom is constrained by your neighbour's right to not have their life spoiled by your actions.
Not making your Nan ill strikes me as no price to pay - you disagree, as is your right. Sleep well.
It is nice to know that you will not be dying from COVID.
I found out Tuesday that his funeral is today. Died from COVID.

Cos there's no way of counting the collateral damage this pestilent halfwit wrought in the minimum fortnight he was contagious before this highly dangerous and wholly indiscriminate virus added him to the statistics.
His local NHS trust should remit an invoice to his estate for the resources wasted on trying to save him.
We're "free" to be as cavalier as we like with our own safety - right up to the point it even tangentially impacts anybody else in any way. Our individual freedoms do not come at cost to others. We are directly accountable to any and all consequences, however unintentional or unforeseen.

Hearing that Charlton sorting the final bit outs with the Met Police atm, and looks very certain we will have a crowd in place for Franchise game next Wednesday. Loyalty points system will be used.5

A fair chance I'll get a seat at the MKD game
I've no worries about the game itself, more concerned about getting there. Will probably drive, though that will be a pain before the match0 -
I do wonder whether we will see future evening matches switching back to 7:45PM, when supporters are allowed in the ground.killerandflash said:A fair chance I'll get a seat at the MKD game

Think Im gonna pop down to Welling v Chippenham in a couple weeks as its on my doorstep. Hopefully a few more London based Addicks could head there too.0

Thats the thing, I likened it to how away games are restricted but as ppl pointed out a season ticket is different, you should be able to go to every game.Fanny Fanackapan said:

Kent being in tier 3 mainly because of the convicts on Swale. Thanks guys......3

When does lockdown officially end and the tier system start ?? Is it midnight of the 1st or midnight of the 2nd as surely this dictates who can go.SouthWest_Addicks said:Hearing that Charlton sorting the final bit outs with the Met Police atm, and looks very certain we will have a crowd in place for Franchise game next Wednesday.
