Kane needs to hurry up if he wants 5, as he'll be subbed at HT surely

Doesn’t matter - a goal is a goal. What should he do, miss them?SELR_addicks said:Harry 'stat-padding' Kane with a hat-trick containing two penalities.2 -
Imagine Kane playing with Foden every week for City...0

Let Mings, Smith-Rowe, Bellingham or Phillips take them.ricky_otto said:

It's embarrassing.11 -
Just need to keep it tight second half, soak up the pressure and we should win2
-
Why? He is the penalty taker. Kane would take them against anybody, why shouldn’t he take them against San Marino?SELR_addicks said:

Southgate out0

Think I will flick over to the N. Ireland v Italy game for the second half.
Italy need a goal. All the while it stays goalless they are leaving the door open for Switzerland1 -
If you want to know how to define embarrassing, maybe pop over to the Needing a Barry thread for my story of fecal failure at Kings Cross.SELR_addicks said:

Cos scoring a penalty for England when you’re England’s penalty taker isn’t it.8 -
Good of Mancini to name himself on the bench for ItalyCallumcafc said:Think I will flick over to the N. Ireland v Italy game for the second half.

Typical of the Italians too, they've even stuck a Ferrari on there1 -
The handball law is a joke. That's never handball in the real world.lordromford said:
Ref missed it.Off_it said:Oh come on, is that what VAR is for, to give ridiculous penalty decisions like that?
Clear and obvious error.
I think that’s exactly what VAR is for.1 -
I’m going out on a limb here but i reckon we could beat San Marino8

We are a professional footballing nation. Letting centre backs take pens is so Sunday league it’s embarrassing.
Kane is our pen taker.8 -
Watching Harry Kane smash San Marino and can’t stop thinking about Sainsbury’s ready salted crisps

Christ are people, or person, now actually moaning we are scoring too many goals?5

What’s alarming is San Marino fans and media saying their current team is worse than the team that started competitive football years ago. That is completely against the idea of nations league etc1

Stick Ramsdale up top cos it’s San MarinoCafc43v3r said:Christ are people, or person, now actually moaning we are scoring too many goals?0 -
The match shouldn't be happening anyway. It's the most boring game I've seen all season.5

Probably doesnt help that San Marino citizenship is nutsValleyGary said:What’s alarming is San Marino fans and media saying their current team is worse than the team that started competitive football years ago. That is completely against the idea of nations league etc
If you're parents arent already citizens then you have to live there for 30-years before you can apply.
The pool of players to choose from must be tiny
Although they did damned well at the Olympics this year (just not in the Football)0 -
Thoughts with Conor Coady as he loses his distinction as the only Conor ever to play for England.

Commentator confusing Trent AA for Gallagher there...1

It was unlucky. I’ll give you that. He gained no advantage from it and he didn’t mean to do it, but his arms were up in a position they shouldn’t be, as a result he ran the risk of handball, and so it proved. I can’t see how any ref wouldn’t give it.Off_it said:

If Charlton we’re playing and the opposition got away with that, we’d all be furious.1 -
Oh dear Abraham0

It wasnt even that clear it touched his hand though.lordromford said:

Anyway, the booking for it - and the second penalty - were also ridiculous.0
