    It is the unexpected nature of the ball. Ahmed has consistently over pitched and I can only recall him bowling three or four short balls. That element of surprise but, as you say, bad balls get bad wickets!!!

    Good balls get good wickets too - and this was the ball after a possible drop. Another to Ahmed and this really does beg the previous posed question as to why we took so long to bring him on

    A lot has been made about Bazball with the bat but this will be the 19th consecutive innings we will have taken all 10 wickets.  Its not really a bowling attack for the ages either is it?

    Potts, Jacks and Overton aren't..

    Broad got a hatful in the summer as well mind.

    Robinson isn't a generational bowler, arguably wouldn't get in England's best team.
