Harry Kane

Out for 4 years injured. Spends 4 years drinking Bavarian beer and stuffing his face with Wurst and Black Forest Gateau. Returns at the end of the 4 years to Spurs, where he gets himself fit and breaks Shearer's record.Lewis Coaches said:Taken off looks to have taken a knock.
Overall scored one made one. Football not played at its best. Harry should be happy.0 -
Sorry, what? please explain what you mean by that?ElfsborgAddick said:

Very poor attempt at humour because of his lisp?JohnBoyUK said:

He doesn't have a lisp and he's not got a speech impediment, he just has an unclear speaking style. It doesn't seem that offensive compared to what you hear from the terraces, or similar mocking of David Beckham's voice.2

2 more today on home debut1

Kane scoring goals and being a legend. Standard.1
-
Kane will score a lot more if they passed to him. Most of the BM team just play for themselves. Sane, although a good planner (player) has only himself to please.0
-
Oooh what’s he planning? Maybe a small house extension? One of those basement cinema rooms I reckon…2
-
If he stays fit, he should easily manage 40 goals.
Lewandowski got 40+ goals in 7 straight seasons there, so no reason why Kane won't do it as well.2 -
Kane is an intelligent guy and will be doing full interviews in almost fluent German before the season ends. He probably should have made this move a couple of seasons ago but I'm sure he will be a success.4

lol! I would say Bundesliga teams need to keep a better eye on Kane than what Leverkusen have just done, but it was Xhaka who let him drift1

Bayern game is live on sky sports YouTube FYI anyone keen to watch.1

Scored again already today. Only failed to score in one game this season so far.1

And an assist1

3 goals and 2 assists. Bloke is a machine1

I don't recall a player in recent years outside of Charlton who I've wanted to see succeed more than Harry Kane.19

I watched it, reckon he had 5 touches all game. Scored and his runs created space for another.Blokes a machine.2

He definitely made the right decision.Lewis Coaches said:Got another goal tonight . Number 11 for the season.Tottenham top and Bayen 3rd opps.

For him and for Spurs.4 -
I don't like anything about totternham but accept Kane has had a decent career and as a person he's grounded given his wealth.2

Disagree, if he had played in this current Spurs team he would be competing with Haaland for golden boot and give you that extra. Personally i feel spurs are in a false position (fairplay) a couple of jammy results / decisions, if they were set up like now with Kane he would have a field day. Richarlinson (ROFL)JohnBoyUK said:

To clarify what I meant, selling Kane (and him wanting to go, when he could have stayed another year and starved the club of £100m) meant we was able to go out and buy van der Venn, Vicario and Maddison...johnnybev1987 said:

With Maddison sitting in the pocket where Kane used to drop off into all the time, we now have 3 players ahead of him at all times, rather than 1 or 2, with the full backs joining in.
Granted we're in a false position right now (I haven't said anything otherwise of the sort) but I'd rather watch the Tottenham of 2023/24 than any side we've put out after the 16/17 season when we finished second (and that would never have happened if Kane had stayed!)

Yep fair response there completely, both are better off. However i do always think imagine Kane in this current set up, he would be hitting records.JohnBoyUK said:

I’ve enjoyed watching spurs and especially Kane. His movement, link up play, making and scoring goals was a delight to watch. But the match against Fulham they were awful and to me lucky to get away with a win. Maybe it’s the time of year as Charlton were rubbish last night against Lincoln.0

Madison has been a dream for spurs. on highlights of their games he looks so influential. Such a shame he went there and a shame that Aussie went there to manage.
Hopefully the wheels will start to come off.5 -
