Shocking news and there's definitely the potential now for some awful violence. Trump's words will now be key to this either happening or not.1

Is that Trump photo for real? It just looks too good to be true. It's got every element that the All American Patriot would want. It's just so reminiscent of Rosenthal's Iwo Jima shot.4

Whilst I don’t advocate violence, this guy has been a disaster for the country, surely America deserves better leaders than what they’ve got?7

If only there were more guns this would never have happened
Whoever took that photo is going to be insanely rich.0 - Sponsored links:

He would probably have heard the security services guys saying ‘shooter down’, so did the fist pumping, knowing it’s a ‘defining image’. Smart.1

Plus there have never been shootings in America before.
Trump is to blame for everything.5 -
40,000 people in America per year are killed by guns, that includes 20,000 a year that are murders. That is around 55 people per day murdered by guns. That does not include the non gun murders.
In the last statistics there were 590 murders in a year in the UK from all methods.
So in eleven days in America there are more murders just by gun than all murders in a year in the UK.
The assassination attempt on Trump, with the one poor person killed and others injured is totally wrong and totally appalling.
The level of conspiracy fall out from this event will go on for many years, including notions that it was Joe Biden in disguise who fired the gun!
I can’t stand Donald Trump, but I am glad he survived. This event probably cements in his election victory this year.

What I find ironic about this shooting is seeing some Trump supporters blaming 'unlicensed gun ownership' some even saying guns should be banned, yet Trump supports full gun ownership!
A now Farage, is appearing on Kussenberg this morning at 9 am, to talk about his friend Trump, having said in the week, he is boycotting going on any BBC programme!! Unbelievable!
It’s almost as if Farage is using this outrage as an opportunity.4 -
The US is going to be an epitome of instability over the next 12 months whatever happens.
On one side you have the most divisive mainstream politician of my lifetime and on the other side a guy who doesn’t know what day of the week it is, and probably thinks he is in the mid 80s and Ronald Reagan has just been fired at1 -

How do nutters get hold of weapons like that in America? It isn't just guns, it is the type of guns!0

The ‘shooter’ was 20 years old, how does your mind become so twisted at 20 to do something like this?0

The shooting is a sympton of there being crazy people. It can't be rationalised. We have seen in the news here what a crazy person did to two young girls and their mother.3

At St Luke’s Church in Charlton Village lies the remains of British Prime Minister Spencer Perceval shot and killed in the House of Parliament on the 11th May 1812.2
