Glad Saturday is my last game for a while. Lost our soul.5 -

It was a 1-0 win on the second of February 1982, with an attendance of 4561 of us. It was a 'division two' (nowadays the Championship) match. We have not played each other in any competition since then.
I also remember going to Wrexham around one Christmas back in the day when we won 3-0. Powell played a superb game that day.
Anybody remember our goalscorer the last time we played?
I am trying to track down the name of our last goalscorer against them in 82.

But if a random guy wants to try and shift some scarves on a stall outside the ground for a few quid then fair enough but it's pretty pathetic that the club are selling these officially.13 -

We’ve missed a bit of a trick here, we could be could be doing 1/2 and 1/2 Dobbo shirts in the club shop.6

Have we managed to trump this in the 🍒 stakes3

Half & half Scalfs , having to stand up to let people through to their seats , KO times interrupting their Sunday dinner , people don’t half get upset about the strangest things these days .8

This match is turning into pukesville big time, half and half scarves, whatever next...a fu*kin' guard of honour as they take to the pitch, bloody welsh upstarts, sounds like a good game to miss rather than a sell out...🥱1

Can you imagine Millwall doing this ?5

It's the hope that kills you0 -
They also have injuries including possible two midfielders, one we know well, but you know he will play and play well 😠0

Half and half scarves are so tinpot, you would never see these at a big club.
In fact the last time I saw one was at Old Trafford for the cup game a couple of years ago.
Oh hang on .....1 -
Dateline: 15/10/24
Location: Charlton boardroom
Event: Brainstorming session.
Charlie Methane "Quick, someone get the club logos on these bad boys, we'll bloody clean up!"

Embarrassing and pathetic. If it would actually make good money then maybe there’s an argument for it (but still no). Make us a laughing stock for the sake of selling 20 or so scarves5

Apparently the attendance is now expected to be 15,000, as 7,000 Charlton fans have died from embarrassment.32
