Gary O'Neill set to be named the new Strasbourg yes man.
Strange move for O'Neill as he likes to have a Bromley base for his jobs.

Manchester United have held preliminary talks with former players Darren Fletcher, Michael Carrick and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer about becoming the club's caretaker manager until the end of the season.

Director of football Jason Wilcox has spoken to Fletcher and his former United team-mates Solskjaer and Carrick about taking the role, while another former United player Ruud van Nistelrooy is also believed to be a contender.

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner and former Brighton boss Roberto de Zerbi - now at Marseille - are understood to be early contenders for the full-time (Manchester United) job.

Glasner, who won the FA Cup with the Eagles last season, was asked about the link during his news conference on Tuesday.

He said: "I am Crystal Palace manager and it makes no sense for you to ask me any more questions about it."

Feels like after his stint at Luton I have no idea how he's got another Championship chance.

You could have done the funniest thing by saying "West Brom set to sign Ramsay"

Hopefully (for our sakes) it's two relegations from the Championship in a row

Surely Rosenior is just in temporary charge until the summer? Once a big name becomes available, he'll be out the door.

But then all Chelsea managers are in temporary charge anyway...
How in charge will he be?

Board to Rosenior 'weve bought you these players and like you to play in this formation'.
Exactly the same as Strasbourg then
So he wasn't in charge in Strasbourg then?
Depends on your perspective but the owners and model are the same. He played the same shape, developed youth players, even had an equivalent amount of passes per match as Chelsea. He’s a company man and it’s landed him one of the biggest jobs in British football
But he's had to tow the line and dance to the owners tune, in my book that's not really in charge.

That's my perspective, let's agree to disagree and leave it at that.

Despite what title is given to Rosenior, he is going to be the Head coach with Calum McFarlane the caretaker manager becoming a 1st team coach along with Kalifa Cisse and Justin Walker.
Ben Roberts the ex Goal keeping coach at CAFC is the keeper coach at Chelsea.

Joe Shields is the Co-Director of recruitment and talent alongside Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart so Rosenior will have a voice but his focus is picking the team and coaching the 1st team squad and the 'committee' will bring in players.

When Joe Shields came to Chelsea after being at Southampton and before that at Man City, he played a major part in the transfer of Cole Palmer to Chelsea because he knew Palmer and his family and one of the easier talents to spot !
