Lucrative deals with United Airlines (shirt) and SToK Cold Brew Coffee (stadium) kicked in during the 12 months covered by the latest financial figures, helping sponsorship income soar from £1.8m in 2022-23 to £13.1m last season.

I can't see, if the United Airlines deal is only £1-1.5m, how they made over 13m in sponsorship in one season, in League 2 no less.

Actually just found the accounts on companies house.

The money they take from Disney? It is certainly an interesting one.

Also sponsorship has activation costs - which I can imagine they will in house or send out to suppliers that will have rev share deals / bounce backs etc.

Disney has been great and also a big risk.... IF the audience gets bored and they lose that, they have to get promoted. Which they may do this year - who knows?

I think we would all agree the entire model is reliant on the audience staying engrossed on a TV show.

Forest 2 up with half an hour gone.

Puts them 8 clear of Spuds.

Anything less than a convincing win at Wolves and a West Ham capitulation at The Taxpayers Arena and they'll be sweating bullets

Well the last relegation place is now a toss up between the two London sides.

Sunderland got the memo. Everyone wants either Spurs or West Ham to go down, and they're delivering their side of the bargain...

I was feeling dirty enough watching Millwall Leicester, but I'm missing Forest potentially doing to Sunderland what Southampton did to us? And you can guarantee that if I turn over it'll end 0-4.

Dont worry Ali... I'm joining you in sticking to my guns with the Championship tie
We shall suffer so others can enjoy an 0-10 game

And the best thing about it is, either is funny as fuck and will be an easy away game in a new stadium.

Still think Spurs is funnier though

Forest score 32 goals in over 3,000 minutes of football this season only to then find the net 8 times in 80 minutes.

Catching up with the Forest goals at half time. WTF was the Sunderland keeper trying to do, passing it out like that for the second one?

    I think West Ham go.

I think 42 points will see you safe. I expect Spurs to beat Wolves and will pick up a few more points before the last game of the season, but will be lucky to get much more than 40 points.

    Finished 5-0 to Forest.

Spurs need to win 3 out of their last 5 matches just to go above Forest as it stands. West Ham need to win 2 & draw 1 out of their last 5.

...if Forest don't get anymore points, which is unlikely.

I wouldn’t even bet your house on Spurs winning at Wolves.

Lol. You make it sound like betting your house is an everyday thing to do.

I think Spurs away to Wolves is about the same as Charlton away to Sheffield Wednesday.

Apart from one game Wolves have been ok at home recently. Drew with Arsenal, beat Liverpool. Spurs won't find it easy there but if you think differently then I'm willing to bet your house on it.

Look at the form table rather than the league table. Doesn't suggest to me that Spurs are favourites

Although there are still another 4 games after this one, it does feel to me like this Wolves game is make or break for De Zerbi as far as squad and supporter confidence is concerned.
If he loses, or even draws this one, the belief will disappear pretty quickly from the club.
If he wins, it might be the spark that gives them the confidence to get them over the line.
  • Sitting here very happy and relaxed.

Now just waiting for a Wolves goal.

A West ham goal is nearly as good!

West Ham winning, it stays like this there's suddenly a 4 point gap, and Spurs have only picked up 3 points in total in their last 10 games....

If they don't win today,  mathematics will be just as important as confidence,  as they are running out of games!
