It is quite apparent that the supporters who rarely attend away matches have little idea how the system works, or cannot understand how to navigate the ticketing website.
The Loyalty Point system has been in place for several years & yet these same people moan & groan when they are unable to purchase a ticket for games at Millwall ,QPR, Portsmouth or if we get a very attractive cup-tie.
It will be interesting to see how many of these people buy tickets for the upcoming away games at West Brom, Stoke, Cardiff, Burnley & Middlesborough for example when the away allocation will be quite large & will probably go straight on general sale.29 -

If a season ticket holder had done " a handful of games" they would've been above the or VG phase, i went to 2 away games last season and bought a ticket for the Chelsea game which puts me on 535, the the same as or VG phase. 1) 590 + VG or 620
2) 570 + VG or 590
3) 550 + VG or 570
4) 550
etc

I don't recall them bringing me and Wendy Perfect tea to our hut as we were there at least that time sorting and selling travel to the match :-( . In fact it was only towards the end of the day that we started to think about our own match tickets and I for one began to panic.RalphMilnesgut said:

Could someone please explain the breakdown of how loyalty points are awarded. For a number of years now I have purchased a season ticket for myself and two grandsons. We go to the same games, yet I have 520 points, one grandson has 525 and the other zero. Surely something wrong somewhere.
And gutted I couldn't get a ticket today.0 -

Totally agree with this - 1) people don’t read and 2) are surprised when they’re not at the right phases. Whilst I’m at an appropriate phase, I haven’t got the points I used to due to moving and most of the away games being up north and therefore far away.
