    Back to Thames Path, Woolwich and that curly hill.

    My third fastest parkrun and 41 seconds quicker than my last at that run back at the end of June.

    No Parkruns now until the start of November but will now step it up and run at least 1 x 30 minute run a week

    Mr F plans to complete a Park Run around his 80th birthday in November in Dunloran Park, Tunbridge Wells.
