    15 stone but I am a short fat lazy git, so its not to bad.
    New year resies are to eat and drink more and to exercise less. I might even take up smoking, although I have tried for the last three years and always have to give it up after two weeks. Gonna try and get up to 16 stone in time for the world cup.

    Exactly, people think excess weight is a sign of easy living, but it takes dedication and no mean financial investment to maintain such a well rounded physique!

    During last summer, I brought myself a x trainer, used it 4-5 times a week, 1/2 hour at a time. After three months, I had lost a lot of timber around my middle, however my weight had stayed the same.

    i'd do it but im not really one for detoxing afterwards is that allowed?

    would have to get the scales as range from 12.8- 13.8 usually, but am 6 foot so dont think thats too bad

    well, my current weight is X, after Christmas I'll probably be X+8, by February I aim to be X-14

    The gym is going to get some heavy pounding (pun intended) in January.
