Can't see them sharing with us, no way. Plus our pitch is bad enough at the moment with just us playing on it, if 2 teams played there it'd be like Colchester's this time next season.
We funded success at Palace with our rent money....didn't they sign 'ninja' and one or two others at the time which helped them go up with wright and bright too? They won't come to the Valley
Reading that thread is hillarious, is there a signle palace fan on that board who accepts what a 2bob c*** Jordan is? Apparently not, they would all much rather blame Agilo for having the cheek to want to protect their own investment. Oh and the administrator for accepting the job, apparently they should have refused to put Palace in admin and turned the work down, idiots, the lot of em.
I honestly think it would be a good thing for us financially if we let them share,
Could be good for Johnny H as well he could be booked as a legend every saturday not just every other one, every penny counts.
Muzza wont have to cringe at the thought of Slimes supping his finest brandy and Martin Simmons wont have to worry about slimes nicking his La di da's.
Are Palace still tied into paying rent on Selhurst even if they don't play there? I thought they had a 20 year lease or something like that.
So if they shared with us, they'd have to pay us and pay rent on Selhurst?
I expect this can't be right but can someone clarify.

"The local residents get themselves into a lather over the slightest changes in the area, most recently the one-way system around the triangle a few years ago. I can't begin to imagine the fuss that would be made at the prospect of 12K football fans descending on the area every other weekend.
I could be wrong, but I think the park straddles more than one borough so it would be a bureaucratic nightmare to get consent".
Made me laugh to think that they will get 12,000 attendance and having to ground share.

nah we should just book a a plane and fly a banner behind it

Says in that thread that the administrator can revoke the agreement.

That was actually in reference to using the Athletics Stadium in the park )
Being in administration means they can cancel the lease agreement - I assume they would have to give reasonable notice first though.
They would still have to pay the owed back rent (about £1.5m now) and the £1m 'bonus' due to the administrator of Rock Investments in April.
I've heard that Palace haven't offically approached anyone about ground sharing, though the administrator HAS spoken to the football league to seek their agreement and one of the major creditors has spoken to two clubs (prior to them going into administration).
No. 1, great idea re: "Directions to Valley". Somebody needs to produce that hand out. Oh the irony!
I wouldn't be against groundshare. By and large they are well behaved, not much house training required. Plenty of room in car park for a few portacabins. Cash would be handy.
Ground sharing makes sense.
Its only 7 miles away. No. 75 bus. Trains every 20mins from London bridge. Plenty of parking.
All the stuff we were fed 20 years ago.
And then in a year or 2 we could have a player off them instead of rent

But aren't we much much much further north than them?
Comments
might not be a bad thing
the extra money would be quality if we are still screwed, but those, them, you know those... at our place, all the time... yuck
can't see the council granting this, although I reckon if they would then the board might seriously consider it....finances will dictate.
55 people turned up, that really sums up their support.

Are we still owed for McCarthy?

He's been 'confident' for the last couple of deadlines as well.
I hate to be so negative, but have seen nothing to make me believe I will not proved right.
Well i for one would be sorry for you if that happened.
