  • Would have thought we'd want to sign him in time to play on Sunday.
Only if QPR will allow him to play in the Cup
  • Reports that QPR have waived their "loan fee" so it can go ahead.
  • One would hope your other half would be prouder of a move to another club, and possible settle than growing a moustache- albeit for charity...
  • Sky think it's going to happen.

No doubt that have tapped his phone!
  • Is it happening?

I'm getting worried that its taking so long.
  • any more news?

Richard Cawley tweeting that deal is likely to happen this week.

Delay was meant to be due to QPR top brass being in far east at a Grand Prix with new owner Tony Fernades.

    Cawley/pinch/salt.
  • Maybe Fernandes is giving him to us for free as an apology for not buying us last year. (said his heart wouldn't be in it)

Cawley actually tweeted it  ''should go through this morning''. Well it is now 12.18....keep that salt cellar handy!

They seem to think he's quality... well excited now

  • I remember seeing Ephraim having a blinder against us on boxing day one year against QPR.  Very tricky player!
  • Any update on this?
  • Ephraim is now on the OS
  • Ephraim confirmed on CAFC twitter. Loan until jan

  • He's not playing tonight
  • He's the Hulk - if he wants to play tonight, he will. Is he playing for England? Impressive loan.
  • Great news, keeps Jackson on his toes. Also great addition to bring on with 20 mins to go. Does Waggy still get on the Bench now?

  • Good, good, good.

CP will have his work cut out now with keeping people happy who are not even on the bench

assume the first team is Hammer---Solly,Taylor,Morrison,Wiggins--- Green ,Hughes,Hollands,Jackson-----BWP,Kermegant   who then makes up the 5 on the bench ?

    Sullivan---Cork---Wagstaff---Hayes----Hoggy

Doubt he's been brought in to replace the skipper. More likely is this will allow Jackson to move into the centre if Hughes or Hollands get an injury what with Stephens out, Alonso AWOL and Pritch inexperienced at this level.
  • If we were to end up extending the hulks loan to the end of the season, I can see Waggy only being on the bench if we have injuries as Stephens or Hughes will get the nod once Stephens is back. A nice problem to have I suppose.
  • Board really mean business, very high calibre loan signing.

I agree he wont replace Jacko, but now Jacko knows his form cant dip.
