The above is now pretty much set in stone. Wales/Denmark, Italy/Austria, Netherlands/Czech Republic, Croatia/Spain are all confirmed ties.
It will only change if France beat Portugal by four or more goals. If they do, the following fixtures would be:

Sweden v Finland
France v Ukraine
England v Germany/Hungary (Germany if they win or draw, Hungary if they pull off an upset)
