Filming an injured player is one thing, filming his crying wife whilst he’s getting cpr is quite another.14
-
A few people on here are being very insensitive.
No further extraneous posts PLEASE.5 -
Fair play to his teammates. That was some of the bravest stuff I’ve seen on a pitch.19
-
They will have doctors and all the necessary equipment to hand which is positive along with the reports he left the pitch on oxygen.2

Same as you I'm an atheist but I was begging nature to save him.
It looks like there's hope with the pictures.

A Danish journalist is giving some good news but not hearing it confirmed that he has come round.2 - Sponsored links:

Hopefully he will be ok. Horrible situation and can't imagine how it makes the players and spectators feel8 -
If you're going to have a medical emergency, a football stadium is a bloody good place to have one.4
-
Those players would have understandably wanted to walk away and not see what was happening to their friend but they stayed and stood around him to block out the cameras.5
-
For as much as we criticise the refs Anthony Taylor dealt with that really well.
As soon as he reacts like that everyone knew it was serious.13 -
Let's just all pray that he pulls through, no need for debate in this instance!1
-
Diabolical coverage from host broadcasters and the bbc. No dignity , professionalism or common sense .

Respectfully disagree. It's not like we can just not talk about it. I think it would be more odd if it was it's own thread.

JaShea99 said:Pipe down with the captain hindsight “they should have cut away” comments. I don’t believe anyone realised how bad it was. Cameras zoom in on injured players all the time and no one complains. It was assumed he’d get up and be fine.
The very first shot of him a couple of seconds after he went down it was clear that this was not a footballing injury.I literally shuddered and shouted “oh my god” at the screen.7 -
