I don't have so many now, but when I lived in Singapore I had about 30 pairs. Now I am down to 10. I do find it hard not to buy, I probably look every weekend especially Adidas gazelles.0

Few years back I needed a new pair, think mine had a hole in or something, went to the shop (wearing the worn trainers), saw same pair on sale so just bought them. Sales guy noticed, looked at me like I was a freak.1

I am trainer rich at the moment, probably have 7 or 8 pairs. This is due to the January sales and the fact I hate shopping so bought in bulk sufficient to get me through the next 5 years, having finally gone through the last pair I bought 5 years before.0
