I have heard that Charlton will sign a player. I can't tell you who it is, or when it will happen. It definitely will though and once it has i can also reveal that they will get a squad number.2

How so? Because I don't know the dates these will go through and am not prepared to release names? The date's I have to guess with and always will, I do not follow the players around until they sign on the dotted line. Transport, housing, medical, personal terms, there's a ton to get sorted. If a player is rumoured to be signing then much of the initial points above other than Medical will have been resolved by the reps. Your other points whilst I agree are issues lead to the information being more available to more than a few hence my initial post. I feel you are digging a big holeAtletico Addick said:

Fair enough if you believe that.. I've been told not to say a peep, maybe others have been told the same. Usually players would be stuck up in a hotel, Roland has his own housing purchasing locally, if people want to keep this under wraps I'm sure they can.barstool said:

I know what I've been told and that's who they are and that they are likely to be signing. If you also know who they are and/or any more information than I do, feel free to put me right.
For all I know the whole process may not have started, or it may be nearing completion. It's none of my business to keep nagging as to where it's at.3 -
