Where have you been for the past 10 years of football? If someone scores 24 goals in the Conference at 22 they would likely cost more than 500k. Jamie Vardy left Fleetwood to go to Leicester for 1m and he scored 31 in the Conference that season. People forgetting Charlie Austin played semi-professional before ruining League 1 and now look where he is.
No guarantees he's going to be amazing but just because he plays in Ligue 2 can we stop dismissing his ability?

I think I am starting to agree with you Prague. This whole transfer has been a farce, from the Tours Chairman down to Eric Delort. I just hope it ends soon, one way or the other.
Genuinely would rather we went after someone else now. Sick to my back teeth of him already (even if it is no fault of his own) and he hasn't even joined yet!
We don't know how good he is. He hasn't played in the Championship. Many players have come in from other countries at a decent level and haven't done anything in this league
We really don't know what he's like though do we. Aren't Tours in the French 2nd level? There's a big step up to the competitiveness of the Championship. Seems a lot of money for a gamble.
