Well we're off on time (in fact a few minutes early) and Dilshan opens the bowling - with Cook, somewhat out of character, despatching two of the first four balls to the boundary.
The reformed "chucker" opens the other end and Ali joins Cook by sending his second ball on its way for four.
Only for Ali to hack at the 4th ball in awful fashion and is bowled!

Playing with Cook in the fifty over game is like playing with ten men. The amount he gets hit on the pad is ridiculous.2
