    Looks like tube strike is off , wasn't going to go Thursday now looks like I will be ,my son wanted to go and the misses is going out with my daughter so weather prevailing I will be there.

    Good news, the weather seems ok at the moment too, though a bit cold. 18 degrees!

    weather forecast for Thursday now rain. Does anyone know if it is has to be decided on Thursday or is Friday a back up day?

    They've gone back to it being dry again! I've no idea whether a back up day is scheduled.

    When we beat Surrey on Thursday we will be at home to Notts or Durham

    The other QF have had their overs reduced, so I guess it has to go to a result on Thursday

    forecast actually quite encouraging tomorrow now. Dry after early morning rain and warms up too! Good its a 2pm start.

    Surrey were 192-2 but now 198-4 from 37 overs. Roy out for 112.

    What is the pitch like? Do they think 273 is below or above par?

    Five overs or so ago it looked like Surrey would get nearer 300 and Yorkshire would get bowled out for near 200 against Essex. It the end there was only 21 runs between them. Winnable total for Kent here

    It look like the second lowest Surrey score at home, most were 320 plus, so not bad

    Surrey will be disappointed with that, Kent definitely can make that total as the pitch is fine.
    Unfortunately Kent always lose when I see them live...

    Been watching Kent for 30 years and we rarely chase down a decent total when the pressure's on - just have never been able to do it...
