    Only tried a few times this morning as this always happens when there high demand for tickets. Wouldn't mind if we were just placed in a queue instead of being cut off.

    Trouble is with no queueing system each time you redial your chance of getting through is no better than the first time you dialled.......

    Result....paid off in the end, must've made about 70 calls though on landline and mobile!

    lady on the other end of the phone sounded stressed !

    On the successful call, did you go straight into a queue or have to wait with it ringing first?

    waited and waited for it to ring for a couple of minutes and then all of a sudden it just answered, didn't say it put me in a queue

    Have now tried for 2 hours and 13 minutes...Not putting me in a queue at all - simply listen to all the blurb and then told 'Sorry we cant complete this call'...
    Are you all using 03330 144444.....

    Giving up soon and will be gutted...
