    Just so I understand properly.

One of our "supporters" punched a LIVE eagle ie a feathered thing with talons that squawks?

    Absolutely disgusting if true.

I could understand, though certainly not condone, the destruction of an eagle motif of some description but to punch a bird!

    Some people are sick
    .

    I hope this isn't true.
  • Yes it is true, he was about 8-10 seats away from me, front row.

whilst not condoning his actions, I do think having a wild bird, no matter how trained , flying around a stadium with no protection is a bit daft. Probably the reason why I dislike Palace, along with the cheerleaders (too American) and the silly goal music..........
  • Thanks Guy.
    Roland - who's next ?
  • Bob Peeters probably

Not even close to the point though, is it. But I do agree with the rest.

Not the Eagles fault that it is forced by its owner to work there, even worse that its entire race gets humiliated by association to that circus pretending to be a football club, leave the poor bird alone, it has suffered enough already.

Cant be MF,they dont care about us....honest! It really was THEIR cup final. Why cant the thick c##ts realise they beat a team made up of half of our U19 side lol?

Erm, they beat us leaving Cabaye, Sako, Puncheon and Bolasie on the bench

Having seen Charlton bang on about this endlessly for 3 weeks, you can hardly blame them for gloating.

but they are still palace so, in the long run, they will always be losers
  • I didn't think they were penalties at the time & having watched the C5 "highlights", they 100% were not.

I'd even say the same if we were awarded them.

Hopefully we appeal the Diarra red card, as that was also ridiculous, as it wasn't even a foul. The Palace player barged into Diarra !

Still had a team made up of players with countless Premiership appearances between them, whether regular starters or not!

Should of had a penalty at 1-0 and game could of changed somewhat. Watt and JBG should been on at half time, Guy left it too late.
Dont blame Guy for the result last night though, I actually like him as manager. We just need even the slimest of pick ups to get us going again, thin squad or not.

Edit: The Dwight GAYLE ultra-lite stuff from Palace fans was embarrassing. THIS is how you do it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ctO84V54dhU
  • Sorry who was the goalscorer?
  • They were both very soft decision for the penalties. Hardly any contact if at all and they went down to easily. If I went out in the street and pushed an elderly person with brittle bones with more force than that for both penalties they would stay on their feet no problem. But we're talking strong young men here. But again we shouldn't get on our horse too much because when a Premier League club is involved we know just how corrupt refrees are. Swarbrick probably took a bribe from Pardew to give those penalties anyway. What can you do?

Is that the circus that stuffed us 4-1 last night? God knows what you must think of us!

Other than Kennedy, and Ahearne Grant - who would class as being the U19 side?

Call him the same as we all did Pardew, he couldn't hear me but I didn't half feel better
  • I love these reactions

Was it Big Mak in the crowd or someone who looks a lot like him, but a bit shorter ?

Back row of the lower tier towards the Sainsburys end.

Yes it was, a lot people getting selfies with him, also saw him on train getting there.

If he is injured then standing up for 2 hours and dodging smoke grenades, beer bottles etc can't be good for him.

Wonder what he made of it all ?

This was only clear to me when seeing it on TV. (1st pen)

I thought he whistled for the coming together of Sarr a couple of seconds later than Diara's challenge unless he was just allowing a few seconds of advantage.
I thought he may of sent the wrong man off. Nabby Sarr who put his shirt over his head thought the pen had been given against him at first. (2nd pen)

The result has nothing to do with me calling them that & i think you knew that.

If they were not rivals i would still have a dislike for what their club represents, in the same way i take a dislike to any club who has cheerleaders and whatever else going on.

Just disappointed more of that seems to be creeping in down the Valley under the current management, like the Sofa.
