If that particular lawyer has given the wrong information, then I will stand corrected. The goal of the Media and the Left generally has been to use the term "convicted felon" at every conceivable opportunity, and so I wouldn't be at all surprised if the Lawyer has a good point.

Giuliani was a “top US lawyer”. Along with 16 other of Trump’s lawyers he was sanctioned by the courts for blindly doing as their employer wanted instead of understanding the law.
