    While still apparently a consultant to RD, Fraeye is currently coach at VW Hamme in the Belgian 3rd tier, 12th of 18 with 13 points from 11 games. Prior to that, he coached in the Belgian 4th tier. It's true he has been here before, but his other experience at this level is non-existent.
