That was terrible. Sarr was his normal, awful self but what worries me most is the incredible lack of leadership when Jackson isn't playing - that'll get us relegated as much as anything.
Pope did well on the positive side, would have been 4-0 at HT without him.4 -

The best example how fraeye hasn't got a clue is when cousins got injured in the first half. We knocked it about without putting it out for a minute or so... Then he got treatment for a couple of mins. Pretty obvious it was bad from the off. Then he hobbled off th field. Only then did igor get told to put his shirt on. No subs had warmed up, including igor during the whole time it was clear we had a potential substitution situation. Amateurish.

Was 10mins down the A12 when Reza scored. We toyed with leaving at half-time but my daughter persuaded us that a goal could change it. As I write we've just turned on to the M25 and I'm still numb from the cold, my feet are damp from sitting in the pissing rain and the broken bone in my shoulder is killing me from sitting in the cold, but again I/we are all customers.
The really painful thing is the lack of effort, suspect the players are broken. The coach has no idea, they had no idea what their roles were, it was literally 11 strangers wandering about looking for the exit.
I don't see a way out and suspect we'll be down by the end of March.35 -
the team on paper looked fairly strong with two returners and a few comebacks from injuries .. alas, paper turned out to be as strong as it was .. wet tissue paper .. I am almost dreading the three upcoming Yorkshire games against improving Rotherham and the Terriers and one of the strongest Champ teams in Hull .. still, I have my tickets and I just gotta go and hope and shout for the best2

Not only are Colchester in league one, their form previous to this was probably poorer than ours. They have just lost 9 league games on the spin and conceded more goals than most will concede all season. And we made them look like Barcelona. 2-1 score line really did flatter us. The only positive is that I hope everyone won a load of money on Sordell scoring because it was always going to happen.
Complete and utter shambles and I fear whether this team could even compete in league one looking ahead to next season.11 -

My heart felt sympathy to all the Charlton customers at the Colchester restaurant this afternoon. These idiots do not deserve your loyalty. I hope you showed your appriciation for the latest instalment in Roland and Katrina's unique football experience.
In any other football club on planet earth the manager would get the chop for that, especially if his recent record read like the interim one. Surely even on plant Roland he can't survive, come on guys tell me he can't, can he?
