I accept that fans who don't agree with the protests are not the enemy - but I do think that of any senior figure at the club who see what's going on and yet supports the regime while they rip the heart out of our club. Not sure if Sue quite fits that description, but she is married to one of them and ought to keep her opinions to herself.
Chris Parkes has been working at Charlton I think the whole time I've supported the club and I have never heard a bad, or even critical word said against him. He has always come across a as fan and an asset to the Club.
I will not criticise his wife (though she has been publicly critical of CL in the past) of her views of being critical of the protests / protesters and how grateful we should all be to have Roland, as she is perfectly intitled to that view.
However, Ive always thought though her leading involvement in a Facebook group was a bit of a conflict of interest, particularly as anyone who has visited it will tell you the boundaries on there are about a thousand times wider than what we moderate to on here. My own view is I don't think it is fitting for a senior employees wife to be as strongly associated to something with such content.
I also think she puts herself in a position where she stresses most of the time that Chris doesn't tell her a thing and she is as in the dark of Charlton news as everyone else, then occasionally slips in retorts like "if the fans knew the truth" etc. As soon as you cross a line where you are publicly critical of supporters when you are associated with the Club or court certain privileges that the average Joe doesn't, you will immediately find you've put people's backs up.
The Parkes though are by no means the enemy in any way, and really should not be the target for any form of abuse regardless of Sue's thoughts or words.
It's ironic that her constant slating of this site on the fb page is what led me to check out Charlton life and I have been hooked ever since.

As a Trust member, I hope that is a personal opinion and not a Trust position. The Trust should be pushing for Duchatelet to sell up. There's been too much water under the bridge. There's been too much appeasment of Duchatlet, Meire and Murray when they are clearly part of the problem.
I think she is wrong, but she is entitled to a view, as we are. One person can't protest effectively, there needs to be enough of them. We have our own minds and support our club and fans that are protesting should not be dismissed. They feel the club needs saving and are trying to do so.

as afka said, the parkes are charlton through and through and im sure sue is talking from her heart and not from a brown nosing aspect but the truth is, its all about opinions - there is no question in my mind that rd thought he could achieve with his plans - the academy investment is great (sue will know this, she lives next door) but the strategy is all wrong and 6 failed managers in under 2 years kind of backs that up - the first team squad and management is poor. Bucking the system and being successful makes you look a genius - doing it and failing makes you look a failure - rd, you've failed so please sell up and lets get back to being a proper club again - do u not think the other 91 clubs might do things differently if it worked?

Sue Parkes obviously hasn't caught up with what is really going on with this regime (probably because she's a bit brainwashed). It has taken most of us different amounts of time to 'see the light' but it's a lot more than 2% now and growing rapidly. It's a bit like how people were with Hitler before the 2nd World War (on a different scale I know ). The trouble is, with people like that, they may never see the light until it's too late. Who was it who said "Forgive them, for they know not what they are doing". Or something like that anyway.
