What the hell happened to Bob Scout or Roger Recruit or whatever his bloody name is who was hired as our experienced head of recruitment?
Is he on extended holiday in Poland or has Ms Nightmeire locked him the laundry room?
What was the point of hiring him if he was only allowed to do his job for about 72 hours? We could have put him on trial for a week and saved some more Euros

Should add Big Mak to the list of departures as I think Novak is probably a direct replacement for him whilst Holmes replaces JBG and Ajosi replaces Vetokele. You can add Ceballos to the injury prone list, Motta to the departures list and then there's the remaining no-hopers from last season Ba and Bergditch who I doubt will be around this season. Not looking very good at the moment!

Saw him play for Bradford a bit. Nothing special but solid enough. Gets forward well at set pieces and makes a nuisance of himself, but, like any Phil Parkinson team, hoofed the ball upfield every time he had it. Highly rated at West Ham though.

Don't worry, the entire board including Richard Murray said they had underestimated the Championship last season and learnt from their mistakes. I believe they also said something along the lines of "they are going to build a squad this year capable of promotion from league 1"

Years ago we signed Carl Ikeme on loan from Wolves as Rob Elliott was injured, and he went straight in the first team with Randolph left fuming on the bench - not surprisingly, Randolph didn't renew his contract and left us on a Bosman soon afterwards

With Sonogo the percentage of his wages we payed went down with every game he played and after five full game (sub apps = 1/2 a game) we paid nothing
Due to suspension and injury I don't think he played five games (counting subs as 1/2) so not sure what happened? Did we have to keep paying his full wages or did Arsenal let us off because he was injured?
I know we've had some positive ones in the past but i really struggle to get excited about players who see us as a stepping stone to progress their career.
We need players who 'buy' into our history and want to put that red shirt on with pride.
