It wasn't Head that hadn't signed, I assumed it was, turns out It's the chap that has recommended players to us that have signed and potential signings.

We know he came before Slade but seems odd to have a Chief Scout and another recruiter who works for the manager.

Millwall were in for Novak as well. Sure the SLP reported at the time that they were no where near our wage offer.

Might be wrong.

Not sure what MK Dons pay wages wise, but our top 6 budget should be enough.

You really believed that we would get 3 to 4 new signings tonight'? Slade said he wanted 5/6. There is no guarantee that he will get anywhere near that. I was expecting a new keeper though.

Can't be any other Club in the land less that two weeks from kick off without a keeper who has played at least one league game yet we have two without a game between them. More than weird.
