As a back up right back and last resort CDM. He is not the answer to our box to box or creative CM question.
Im not stupid enough, to think he is a box to box midfielder. All I'm saying is he is doing fine, and is not as bad as people keep mentioning, the same as with Crofts. Because these two players are not flair players,a lot of what they do goes unnoticed.

Will they get us promoted?
That's down to whether our owner is willing to invest or not. I would not say that the the two players mentioned, would get us promoted. But I would say that they seem a whole lot better than a lot of the previous ones heaped on us.
Someone on Twitter has said that he was told by a reliable source both Louis Thompson and liam Henderson should have both signed before Bolton. He says it's a reliable source so we can hope he is right
Bigger club than Preston, chance of winning the league next couple of years, chance of European football in front of 40-50,000, probably on more money.. I can see why he would to be honest.
Palarse agree fee for Benteke, something like £27m rising to £32m
Didn't the Douchbag sell him on from one of his network clubs early in his career?
He did, think he got a couple of mil for him.
Wonder if he had a sell on clause, really hope not. He's had a few players who have given him a good return, and it obviously wetted his appetite for more of the same. Shame he hasn't had the bottle to hold onto the gems longer and build teams around them instead of treating them as commodities and getting rid.
The Douchbag will never change, if only the apologists would wake up and smell the coffee.
But would you drop Jacko at the moment! 2 goals in as many games
But Jacko is injury prone, and it's a 46 game league season plus we can't conveniently bow out of the Football League Paint Cup Thing (TM). We need numbers, and creativity in midfield. Also, JJ's run of goals has been great and well timed, but prior to this he'd gone ~9 months without scoring.
Though in his defence it was in a different division and over that period he had three different managers and was in and out of the team through injury and just not being selected. The entire team was out of sorts.
Of course he is not going to be able to play every game, but he offers much more than Foley does. I'd keep Jacko in there right now.
Yes, all fair, and I wouldn't drop him at the moment. But down the road we'll need options and we may need more dynamism than he brings.
That's the point of having a squad !!!! ................................................................................... Oh right I see what you mean ;-)
