I think the only thing I don't really like are the shiny chevrons. Would have looked much better if they were more of a matt finish.

I reckon it will be red, with a white collar to commemorate the BTTV kit, and have a subtle graphic printed into the fabric, be it a watermark of the stadium or something of that ilk.
