“He’s a left footed player that can play as a winger, a wing-back and in the number 10 position."
No mention of Left Back there from KR. Sounds like Lookman's replacement to me.4 -
Looks a good player, lets hope he can do the business for us.2

Have seen him play for the Chelsea U21s a few times. Besides Tammy Abraham who's now banging them in at Bristol city he was probably the player who stood out the most.
Very quick and knew how to beat a man.21 -

Wing back suggests it's an option.Exiled_Addick said:

I hope he has a spectacularly successful loan spell for the rest of the season. But he doesn't seem to be the "sort" of player we need to recruit to drag us up the table.
Shouldn't we be looking for hardened, experienced players that have proven themselves to be up for the battle over many seasons? The sort that Lennie used to sign: hungry and angry.
He will be used to perfect pitch conditions, spectacular facilities, brilliant team-mates in peak physical condition, the highest standards of preparation, fitness and medical oversight. He's never played in L1 before.
I'm underwhelmed.9 -

I'm going to get it out of the way nice and early, he's shit!

He'll be no use to us. He can run fast and take the ball with him.3
-
No doubt he is the replacement for both Fox and Lookman.22

Do Roland and Katy realise that if he does well we don't get to sell him?26

Can see Roland thinking that as wellNicholas said:No doubt he is the replacement for both Fox and Lookman.

Not saying he can't play there, just saying that the quotes from Robinson suggest he hasn't been signed to play left back.Scoham said:

Encouraging from that video that it looks like he might be a wide man who can actually cross.1 -
Big Josh will not know what to do with all those balls into the box!0

Seems like a good signing0

5ft 4" - instantly fails the CL height test. @AFKABartram towers over the fella3

Play him at Left Back and it will be like watching Kevin Dickenson again.1

Welcome Jay, hope you do well for us.
Pace is so important these days and at our level can change a game.
He is clearly inexperienced but that is why Chelsea want to loan him. A calculated risk like all loans so we'll have to wait to see how he gets on in mens football.
Does show the benefit of having a manager with British connections in the game.14 -
He is absolutely rapid0

At last a good left back see YER foxie1

Good in the air, like Jack Munns10

watched 1.5mins of that youtube and i've decided already , he's a player and an improvement on Fox5

Hail the messiah !
He' s not the Messiah just a very naughty boy ! Xx1 -
Should've just found a way to keep Harriott.
Looks a decent player though, him and Chicksen on the left side would be a decent combination.2
