Feels like there should be a punch line to that.

    Kewell manager

Not a great start in my opinion.

Dame Edna in as CEO while we are at it.
Kewell would be better than most of the shite the bookies are offering odds on. I'd prefer his young blood to the same old failures on the managerial merry-go-round
this all day long, the same shite list of managers gets banded about.....more than happy with Kewell seeing what he's done with Crawley

Still no actual confirmation on who is in the Aussie consortium

Cawley saying Andrew Muir is fronting it. Hopefully he has a couple of other wealthy people with him too.
must have missed that, can’t see it on his twitter?

It's in an article about Robinson not wanting a payoff.
  • I think I would be happy with Kewell, especially if they are willing to back him in the transfer market and make his job easier.

Of course I'm slightly worried that we have gone from a Belgium employing Belgium's, to an Aussie employing Aussie's. However Kewell seems to make a bit more sense than most things RD ever did.

Let's just hope there's not an Aussie Karal Fraeye out there.

Was just about to mention he'd be the only Aussie I wouldn't want anywhere near the club!

They can always leave Bowyer in charge and then pay the compensation in the summer for SCP if they want him that bad

Quite. Murray said there were two who had agreed a price and terms, he didn’t say there were only two about.

and Luzon, Fraeye etc had no knowledge of the English game. Wouldn't be my first choice but I'd be happier with Harry than an old has been.

@Airman Brown saying on Twitter that SCP was the Aussies first choice as manager.

I wonder if they had spoken to him then?

So now I suppose the Arabs will go off and buy Millwall and turn them into a premier league force.

This is great not just because of the obvious but because it suggests they have a good understanding of us and aren't trying to force their ideas straight from the off.

I had heard that too but it was many months ago and obviously this is now a different scenario.

I have not read anything authoritative regarding the involvement of Andrew Muir.
