Cedric Bakambu lined with West Ham, has signed a new contract at Villareal. I'm sure we were after him a few years back.
Yes we were... Was one of the earlier Roland rumours along with Wylan Cyprien who'll be playing Champions League Football with Nice next season after getting third place - Think there was a French Defender as well Lenglet (?) who now plays for Sevilla
As someone who first got into football around 86-87, just as Milan were coming good with their dutch trio and Holland were winning Euro 88, it's great to see Milan getting back to where they belong, challenging for the Serie A title and hopefully doing well in europe. Juve have had it all their own way for too long.
Van Basten!! I loved him! Amazing striker! That goal in Euro 88' wow wow wow! Used to like Milan then too, Costacurta (spelling) Massaro even though think those tworking were more 90's
Meanwhile, Hibs face competition from clubs abroad if they wish to sign Wales striker Simon Church.
The 28-year-old has been on trial with the Easter Road club along with former Liverpool winger Jermaine Pennant.
Church is a free agent after a hip injury ruined his spell at Dutch Eredivisie club Roda last season and is considering offers from overseas clubs.
He spent half a season on loan at Hibs' Premiership rivals Aberdeen during the 2015-16 campaign.
Church, previously with Reading and Charlton Athletic, scored six goals in 13 starts for the Pittodrie outfit but was released on his return to MK Dons and subsequently made only four starts for Roda.
Milan have signed Bonucci, Musacchio, Conti, Rodriguez, Calhanoglu, Kessie, Borini and Silva.
They're now in for Renato Sanches and Belotti.
If they sign these two players to go with Donnarumma, Romagnoli, Bonnaventura, Locatelli and Suso they are going to be some force in Italy and Europe in the years to come.

Unbelievable money spent, good mixture of experience with the likes of Biglia and Bonucci and then promising youngsters like Kessie and Silva too.

Signed Lucas Biglia over the weekend as well and today are rumoured to have agreed terms for Morata.

Wouldn't include Borini in that list...
They're only signing him as a reserve who can play all across the front 3/4 and he's come cheap too.

Exactly, they'll be expected to go far in the Europa league so will need to fully utilise their squad.
Adam Armstrong and Tim Krul have been left at home ahead of Newcastle's Pre-Season Tour.
I mention Krul simply because he was mentioned a few days ago about being ahead of Elliot, well doesnt seem like it now - Armstrong though would be a great Striker / loan option, only scored six goals with Barnsley in the Championship last season so wonder if a few teams at that level might not be interested but did great with Coventry in League One!!

Armstrong just signed for Bolton. Was never going to go to league 1 regardless of last season.

Yeah was definitely a long shot in hoping we'd get him
Despite griping at the time, if you look at who we sell, they usually disappoint their buyers. Pope, Gudmundsson, Cousins, Gomez, Wiggins and most of our other sales we lamented really have not gone on to excellence for their buying clubs. Have they?
Why? To be honest he seems to have gone a bit stale at Everton and they've just signed Klaasen and Rooney who can both play in his position so maybe a move would be good for him.
That said, Spurs have Alli and Eriksen, so not sure where Barkley fits in there either.

Now that's a good loan.

Not really a transfer rumour, but Paul Robinson has retired, so one less keeper for Pope to compete with at Burnley
They could have had Novak for 13m
