87' Phillips draws a good save from Gyokeres' low effort.

    Thanks & what's he done ?
    On trial for what? :-)

Was a regular in Derby's Championship team about five years ago. Went to the MLS, didn't do very well and been without a club for a little while since.

Would be a great addition in League One IMO.

I'm popping down the ground later today. If I find anything out I'll let you know, but it probably won't be until gone 9:30 tonight
    cheers
    Finished 1-1. Nabby scored

Ince, Pratley, Dawkins and Ward all looked good. Lapslie was excellent.

From afar it's nice, then you realise the top is yellow, black and white, the shorts are blue and white and the socks are yellow and blue and it all looks a bit Sunday league

Any chance the club will put up a short clip of Sarr’s goal at some point like they have of other games? Be interested to see it.

We were told before by Robinson that Sarr is a cracking finisher, some may joke but he could score a few if he were to play up front.

I remember Bowyer saying he thought Sarr should genuinely be given a chance upfront when Robinson was still in charge.

Watched the game on VP. Non existent first half but picked up in the second. Our U23's were better than their U23's. Shocking bit of ball watching for their goal by Nobby Star but he redeemed himself with the equaliser. Josh and NA missed a couple of quilt -edged chances. They gotta start taking those opportunities. That Ince fella looks ok

Nothing wrong with Prately either. He's less technical, more physical, just what we need.

Dawkins looks and plays like Lloyd Sam. Take from that what you will

like a winger then...dips in and out of the game but pops up with magic when needed!

I think Sarr is a problem to be solved if you can. He is a decent defender, but one that always has a mistake in him, he is very comfortable on the ball and a physical presence. I like the idea of having height through set pieces and have wondered if he could be given a role - helping the central defenders, but also the central midfield. So a freeish role in front of a back three. Maybe in a 3-1-4-1-1 with two wing backs within the 4 and Fosu given a free role behind a big lump of a striker.
