The Car Park where members of staff turned goons on a young fan who was protesting ------- but where we the fans are now being asked to show our support for staff members now having grief with the Belgium twonk??????
It's a no from me ----and Tom from Eltham that means the petrol cans are still in retired
I hope there is a huge turnout for this demo. We have been treated with contempt by Roland and by Murray, and also I believe by Murphy and his motley crew.
Apologies if it’s been posted here or elsewhere and I’ve missed it but has it been stated which members of Charlton's staff have been denied their promised bonuses ? Is it employees fans would have no issues with giving support to or is it employees that fans might not be so sympathetic about ? It might be a bit embarassing if the protest was about getting a bonus for somebody whose role was to successfully bring about something for the regime which fans don’t like.

on the pitch mate do it for the youth teams breakie and water the tight fisted old belgian scroat
I suggest if anyone sees that lying weasel Murray , they block him from going into the ground ( Passively of coarse ) . After all he’s still at the club and had RD’s ear yet they staff aren’t getting paid what they should . We can’t let Murray continue to show his face while this continues.
I'm sure there's a balance between getting people interested and the club out of he loop, but what should someone who's not bought a ST do? Turn up for 45 minutes and go home?
Are there staff with the appetite to get the game postponed? To get larger numbers there, the boycotters need to turn up, and I doubt they will to just go home at 3pm.
Buy a ticket, watch the game and carry on the protests inside the ground as i'm sure they will.
I've attended for protests and giving out programmes and then gone on somewhere else. As I'm sure other boycotters have. Will do again on Saturday. Not even a free ticket will get me in the Valley until Duchatelet is gone.
Gonna be difficult distinquishing between which staff we support and which we dont. Anyway this is more about showing Roland in a bad light.
Back on p4 @Airman Brown estimated 20 staff involved. Even if 5 of those are staff who have taken anti-fan action, that leaves 15 who have not, and who deserve the fans' support. In any case, this as much about embarrassing Roland in front of his cronies & sycophants back home as anything else. It is now being reported in the French Belgian press as well as the Flemish - no hiding place, Roland!

Fair enough but i'd rather be inside making my feelings known.
I'll be there. They'll turn the PA system up to deafening levels again inside the stadium - last time they were practically blowing the speakers it was so loud

I've previously attended protest activities and then gone back home again. It's not a nice feeling to walk away before the match but sometimes it has to be done.

Maybe us who are not going in could meet for a drink and a chat? Rose of Denmark anyone?

Were these 'goons' matchday staff and not permanent employees?
They were 'protection' directed to the car park from the Directors lounge ---- let's not go back there last time a thread on here did 11 people ended up visiting Eltham plod and two had nice trips to Bromley Court (not the hotel)-----Burger Boy didn't do all that shit slinging himself.
RDs ego has no morals and he employees people who follow his example
Protest if you want against RD but I can't support it to support the staff reporter above
All protest should aim to stop/interrupt the match as this gets the headlines. Whether this is by pitch invasion (I couldn’t get over the fence) or lobbing rubber/inflatable kangaroos/wallabies onto the pitch or rolled up paper (fake £50 notes). Unfortunately the protest in the car park is not enough on its own. Timing is the issue here though as it’s probably to late for CARD to do the purchasing. Hopefully everyone has kept their Roland Out Banners which should also get an airing. Good Luck y’all.

The referee whistles are the ones. Not all together but a couple who can do it like they did for the 'Boro game is hugely disruptive.
Even more effective in a reduced capacity stadium.
We are now in a situation where the fortunes of the club are in freefall. No shock there.
Now, I hate Millwall as much as most Charlton fans but have to say that if they were in our position they would have got it sorted by now, either by fair means or foul. In my opinion CARD's actions have just made matters worse.
All CARD's pathetic efforts have done is to tweak the tiger's tail so that Roland is so pissed off he is not going to sell and, I fear, is prepared to let the club fall into the abyss. Relegation is a real possibility and then who knows?
Trouble is that Charlton is such a small part of Roland's portfolio he can afford to let us die out of spite - and is likely to do so.
Be afraid, be VERY afraid.
Maybe time to step up the campaign so that Roland is either ENCOURAGED to sell or, alternatively, to build some bridges before it is too late.
Either way, make no mistake, Charlton's very survival is at stake.
Of course, we could order some more plastic piggies to REALLY show Roland who is boss!
