Let's manage some expectations here. The reality is that, with this protest called at very short notice in response to "Bonusgate" quite a lot of fans who would have loved to come and protest just won't be able to make it. And the timelines are too tight for CARD to organise their usual throwables, placards etc. In an organised sense, this is about getting as many fans as possible, boycotters and attenders, to come and demonstrate their support for Charlton staff and their disgust at Duchatelet's scrooge like actions.
But, as others have already said, there is a lot of scope to cause disruption inside the ground. Like minded people can group together, with their own banners, throwables, whistles etc, and cause a bit of havoc. Just organise it amongst your own groups. Speaking personally, and not for CARD, whilst we have previously only ever sought to delay and mildly disrupt a game I feel we are quickly getting to the stage where we need to do something more drastic to force the issue. If that means getting a game abandoned, so be it. If not on Saturday, that day is fast approaching.

Would it not be more beneficial for CARD to fund the staff of Charlton and get a top lawyer to expose the wrong doings of the owner and breaking a contractual agreement. This would get more exposure within the national press as well as the EFL rather than demonstrate to someone whom is in a completely different country. By taking him to court it would cost him personally a fortune, damage his business credibility but more importantly get the monies owed to the staff.

A few people have mentioned the idea of some kind of financial support to help the Charlton staff in their fight to get what's owed to them.
Obviously, details are sketchy at this stage. We don't know the structure of the bonus scheme, the detail in the "small print", the numbers of staff affected or the amounts involved. Even when all this is known, we don't know whether the staff concerned will want to pursue a claim at an employment tribunal or any other legal route.
However, @Curb_It and I have now ring-fenced £1000 of the protest fund to be used to help with any initial legal or other related expenses that may be incurred. In the event that additional funds are required, we envisage that a separate support fund will be set up and donations sought.
The question of whether there is a sound basis for a legal challenge remains to be answered. But whatever the answer to this, there can surely be no doubt that Charlton are under a moral obligation to pay these staff what's due. I am sure that many fans, whether boycotting or not, will get behind any action that is proposed to get a successful and just outcome for the Charlton staff.

Not so sure - with the threat to their ground by Lewisham Council, they resorted to ... articles in the Guardian and running a very unsuccessful candidate against Heidi Alexander. Both of those have been done already (albeit ROT's election is later this year).

In the UK in this day and age posting frustrations on a feckin football forum is evidently enough to have the police involved...guaranteed if people went through more forceful approaches it would have had even worse implications for those who did it. Most of us, and probably all but the most mouth breathing of Millwall supporters wouldn't put themselves through that if being truly honest.

Basically I agree with an any action that is anti Roland. My worry would be the late call to arms here which, as Davo admits, means some of the resources and planning that have been behind many of the more successful protests won’t be in place.

This will play out as it will play out but I doubt the staff will be going to the lengths of issuing open letters to the owner, their ultimate employer, unless they believe they have a very good case, and we aren't talking just one or two people from what I understand.
For me it boils down to stupidity, short sightedness and frankly idiotic to cause themselves such issues for what is relatively a small sum of money, a point I made (I hope very strongly) last night to them. You are only as good as your team so to disenfranchise them like this is crazy (before you get onto the less easy to add up the reputational damage at a time they are trying to sell a loss making entity, fan uproar etc etc).
This is a pure guess and I've probably gone toppy with the numbers but it highlights the point;
Lets say it's 25 people on an average of £30k (allowing for on cost) - so salary pot is £750k, even if they all get a 10% bonus that's £75k.
The club are losing/RD is funding what, £1m a month, but lets say £800k now the lights get turned off/£9.6m per annum. That's circa a loss of £26k a day, so we are talking an additional three days of loss or less than 1%.
I'm sure that all fell on deaf ears but hopefully I got my point across, particularly that they have a finite time to sort this out before it goes past the point of no return.
Sometimes I just don't fathom people's rationale, stupid doesn't even begin to do it justice.
