He broke into the Sunderland side in the second half of last season when they were doomed and heading down, but was mainly coming off the bench. This season he's got 14 goals in 21 league starts and he only turned 20 last week. Plenty of clubs will be interested.

Millwall are close to completing the loan signing of Derby defender Alex Pearce, according to Sky sources
