I dont know about Warner getting booed but if I was there this afternoon I think I'd be giving them some right stick when they come out to field.
  • The Ashes have gone.

We need to use the final tests to start a rebuild. Use proper test players and not selfish piss taking parasite responsibility shirking manbabies.

    fixed it for you

Hmm...just turned the ipad back on, extended ad break, always a bad sign.....nine down!

Quicker than even I expected. Could Botham make a comeback maybe?

2 runs short of a perfect total. Gutting stuff.

All over. England's lowest ever score at Headingley.

Lowest score v Australia since 1948.

Just think if we didn't have Archer. Australia would still have been batting now up to 400 !!  Thanks Root for putting Aussies in to bat. Great decision.
We would’ve been out for 10 yesterday batting like this.

Root might have made the right decision, it’s the batting that’s been relentlessly awful, his leading by worst example too.  Dim is ditchwater grizzling snowflake.

honestly you may as well put Ballance in. He may be a snail but at least he lasts more than 5 balls
This. You wouldn't play a Boycott in a 20/20 match so don't friggin play 1 day specialist for a 5 day Test match.

In the top 10 of lowest scores in an Ashes series.....but one one other was post war....and that was 1948. The rest were over 100 years ago.

    Shocking.

I really hope Root resigns as Captain and get someone in so at least he can TRY on his batting.  We need a complete rebuild from Captain, to test match batting coaches and bowling.

We bowled every bit as well as they did.....if not better, Warner alone must have set up some kind of a record for the number of play and missed.

There's a time and a place for a Thundercock broadside, and this is that time, and this is that place

Is it just me or this entire series a bit odd?  Looks like two teams of absolute duffers setting out to prove that Test Cricket is dying on its arse.

Ironically Kent had a 112 lead on Essex on 1st innings.

Kent/ England fans who were at Canterbury have now seen 20 wickets and  only 107 runs by the team they were supporting.

Average of  just over 5 runs a Wicket !

Woakes and Stokes didn't bowl well, every Aussie bowler did.

74 all out. Burns not out 11. Lump on.
    Well I drastically overestimated there, didn’t I.

Nothing other than what is expected.....I’m not having it that it was anything exceptional.
    Good yes.......exceptional no.

Had to laugh when a BBC correspondent said Denly isn't a test batsmen and is the top scorer...shows what he knows.

We didn't. Stokes & Woakes gave them @50 too many.

Why did Warner appeal that? But then again if you are 122 in front why not?

Maybe he isn’t a test batsmen - and neither are any of the others?

You have to feel for Archer and Broad.
They should have been resting all day.

We’d still lose. I’m not joking
