What a bunch of clowns at the EFL. We know they are going to say no, why don't they just do it.
Given the time taken, I'd be concerned were I them of the media image that huge delay would give to turn round and say no, especially if we're not in the wrong.
Well has long has it been trying to sort out Otzumer? Wouldn't it be ironic that we did try and sign him and they don't allow Oz to play for us as he wasn't a free agent at 5pm on deadline day. Wouldn'it be nice and logical that if we have bid for Oztumer they would deal with Hemed and Otzumer sign for us at the same time or is that too logical?
I know how those in authority in football make these sort of decisions at first hand. I had to provide evidence at a Herts FA hearing last season, and I was told by some old wally on the panel what a word in my statement meant. I explained it had two meanings, and clarified the meaning I meant when I wrote it! He wouldn't stop, I wanted to go up and hit him. I mean, I wrote the bloody thing which put me at an advantage in interpreting the meaning! Which wouldn't have been a good idea. These things in football are complete shams - you need 100% proof and you never get even a fraction of any benefit of the doubt.
If it's a no-no, either the EFL or someone at the club are likely to be on the receiving end of a Roland rant. Hope he doesn't work himself up too much and have a seizure.
As a governance body for football they are not only acting without transparency (normal -behaviour) but they are failing to react to governance issues in an appropriate time scale. This should prove to MP's that they are no longer fit for purpose (as has been suggested by MPs and supporters alike for a long time). This is not a complex decision, either the evidence has been submitted to prove that the transaction was submitted in time or it wasn't. There is a strong arguement that from a plyers perspective they could be acting in restraint of trade particulalrly if the player had performance pay in their proosed package. The clubs affiliated however have accepted these rules regulations and comply by them but the player themself might be able to bring a claim if their earning capacity was restrained.

How was it the FA but now the EFL and why are Charlton being so reticent about what is happening?
Hmm I seem to remember Dazzler saying we needed an EFL update... Shame the posters mate is no longer at the EFL.
Busy playing with pocket buddies at Anne Summers instead now...
If transfer fails, blame him.
Surely a conflict of interest.

I am confused as well. Surely the FA have the final decision.
