Definitely feel like this is going to be Pep's last season at City. He looks like he's had enough and his words don't inspire confidence either.
"We have to improve and accept it and move forward," said Guardiola.
"[Manchester] United have the quality to defend and the quality to attack on the counter-attack and you have to accept that," he added.
"That is the level we face against Liverpool, Manchester United, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juventus. They are the teams we have to face and the reality is maybe we are not able now to compete with them.
Maybe we need to live that as a club to improve, to accept the reality now and improve."
They've been unlucky with defensive injuries, but it's his own fault that he thought they could lose someone of Kompany's stature and experience and simply not replace him.

They thought they were clever not paying for Maguire
I know they’re on a bad run but Arsenal going 9 games without a win (in all competitions) is incredible. Even worse when you consider some of the teams they’ve faced in that time.

Arsenal have genuinely looked like a bottom 3 side. They do have some quality in attack though and they have just shown in. I think Pellegrini is the next one gone.
Game totally changed with Cresswell went off injured. He didn't exactly have Pepe in his pocket but he was nullifying the threat. Then he went off and they fell apart.
If anyone was in any doubt why Watford are bottom of the league: they have played well 1st half against a Liverpool team in 2nd gear but two miss kicks with the goal gapping sums up their season. Great counter attack from a failed corner and Liverpool are 1 up.
China's state broadcaster CCTV has removed Sunday's Arsenal v Manchester City game from its schedule after comments made by Gunners midfielder Mesut Ozil, state media has reported.
Ozil posted on social media about the treatment of Uighur Muslims in China. Ozil, who is a Muslim, called Uighurs "warriors who resist persecution" and criticised both China and the silence of Muslims in response.
In addition, the Chinese Football Association said Ozil's comments were "unacceptable" and had "hurt the feelings" of Chinese fans.
CCTV will now show Sunday's game between Tottenham and Wolves, instead of a live broadcast of Arsenal's home match with the reigning Premier League champions.
Arsenal distanced the club from the German's views, saying it is "always apolitical as an organisation".
Weak keeping from De Gea but 90% of the time that would be disallowed if a forwards arm go round a keepers head.
Confused ? You will be.
I think it’s a foul within the rules because the arm hits De Geas face. Personally don’t think it should be a foul though because it made no difference to what De Gea did. Even if he hasn’t lend in with his arm I still think it ends up with the same result.

Extremely unlikely but be curious to see how it would happen as the extra eight Championship fixtures happen on Champions League nights

Says it all about Arsenal though Pep decides to start Foden against them
