The next two weeks will be crucial
That’s not even funny any more.
  • ESI have got 6 years worth of roland wrongs to undo and although we dont want it to, its going to take alot more than the 2 weeks theyve had. This includes signings unfortunately, i for one dont want players coming here just because they see us as a fat cow payday,i want them to buy into what Bow,Gallen and Southall want for the club. This will take time to get the right players, the January window is always difficult and this one is no different. Some of our fans need to take a breath and give esi time to get their feet under the table and sort this great club of ours out.

Exactly. The honeymoon period is over. Can't face the thought of relegation.

Birmingham could have money to spend if Man Utd sign Bellingham, above link suggests a fee of £15m.

They want Maddison but are trying to include a player in exchange.

Haven’t we been linked with both of them in the past?

From someone who watches Rovers regularly (wife is a fan) Ollie Clarke the captain is an average league one player, be concerned if he is the level we are aiming for. Clake Harris is better and could probably do a job. Career has only got going last few years. Terrible attitude though always moaning at teammates.

I would be very underwhelmed if we brought those 2 in.

At this stage. I will take any player with experience in, we simply cannot keep playing the kids, sleep walking into relegation by doing so.

Not usually one to blow my own trumpet but yes I did say we were interested back in the summer. Roland wouldn’t pay the fee obviously.

Yeah Clarke-Harris has been linked a few times... Ollie Clarke was definitely mentioned in the summer

You dont have a clue who they are do you?

Other than the fact they play for Bristol Rovers which is absolutely no sign of how good a player is or not

I love bows but find it fascinating a manager who has won 1 in 16 or whatever holds the aces.
Comments like this are why managers are sacked constantly and hardly any English football team has consistency at management level. You say you love him then say you don’t understand why he holds the aces.

Probably because of what he achieved last season and what he achieved at the beginning of this season and the fact that even with our tiny current fit squad we’re not yet in relegation.

Maybe, just maybe, ESI have faith in Bowyer to turn our form around and so are willing to give him the contract he’s requested.

So who do we think this player was that was offered in exchange for Taylor
Has to be from the championship, cos Taylor isn’t going to drop a league.
    Doubt it’s a premier team.

West Brom wonderkid Rakeem Harper is a loan target for the club's Championship rivals Leeds, Fulham, QPR and Charlton.

Heard it was Brighton and a swap with Murray, Gallen told several people on the way back from Preston.

Panic over for me, he is going to raise the squads spirits by buying them the latest tech

'there are gonna be marquee signings' Clarke is a league 1 typical try hard Midfielder, don't get me wrong he would get in our team now probably but if we do sign him people will have to take the blinkers off and stop saying that we are waiting for the 'right type of player' mid table league 1 cheap and average isn't what we were sold.

As for JCH, he has a left peg and I wanted him before but he has had a poor season so far and he is a sick note. I'll tell you who hasn't, Gnanduillet and he would cost less. JCH has been quoted for over a mill before so why would we spend that on an injured out of form striker in the same league?

    This is starting to stink

Except he said “not always spending lots of money”. He didn’t say never spending lots of money.

Why is it a bad thing for ESI to focus on technology and development to solve our ridiculous injury list this season?

We’ve all said one of the reasons for injuries has been Roland wrecking our budgets. We now have someone willing to pay for the best specialists to come over and take a look at our setup.
It's tongue in cheek, I am fully aware this is something that needs sorting but there is no point in it right now, the damage is done in that department, the fix is replacements.

Are there any quotes anywhere about Nimer mentioning Bowyer? As in what kind of job he thinks he is doing etc

Swapping a 36 year old for a 29 year old doesn’t sound to good to me.
