Golfy mate, I've said this before to you, but it's not this black and white. You need to look at the wider picture. I'm sure whoever we get in will be for the good of the team in the long term.

They’ll get the same questions and scrutiny as Roland did, and rightly so. Fact is we’re on the worst form in the league since October, we’ve an ever growing injury list, getting closer to the bottom three and have lost our best player. I was really relaxed up until last Tuesday. We still haven’t even got Bowyer signed up yet. Worrying times.
I completely understand LB and SG not willing to break from the price and wage they value the player at. News travels fast in football and if we get a reputation as a club who offer overly generous contracts agents will take the piss, which is ironically what happened with Katrien, which will just make future transfer windows much harder. We got Cullen and Williams by being patient and waiting, and if it means we have to wait until January 31st to get our desired targets that’s perfectly reasonable in my opinion.
