We can sign players to the value of what has left. So we can spend what we were previously spending on the likes of Cullen, McGeady etc. 

We just cannot go above this nor spend a transfer fee.

He tweeted Ake to Man City on 30th July

He also tweeted O'Brien to Sunderland before it happend

Parrott to Millwall before it happened

Kewell to Oldham before it happened

He sounds pretty good with his information to me

I don't know anything about him but experience wise this looks like it'd be a very good singing. 

No matter how much of a basket case club we are off the field, I think having the same management team in place that got us up a year ago probably says a lot to prospective signings.

The deal wouldn't run until 31/08 though, it would have expired on 30th June.

Provided we dont go above the budget we were on prior to the embargo
