Chris Iwelumo away at Southampton 07/08. 1-0 win after Semedo was sent off.
I was in my BIL's company box for this, which was slap bang in the middle of the home fans. My wife and sis don't have much interest in football so spent most of the game making the most of the free booze. They came out halfway through the secnd half and when we scored, jumped up and started screaming. Some of the locals weren't over impressed.
It has to be Cliff Durandt v Southampton - a cracking goal as well. That goal gave us a chance to stay up in Division 2. We won the last game at Walsall to retain Division 2 status.
The Villa match will take some beating. But for pure passion, Guy Luzon running half the length of the pitch to celebrate a last minute winner against QPR? Will always stick in my mind
Random one, I know, but for me Martin Pringle's equaliser against Newcastle in Jan 1999. Was thoroughly miserable for various reasons and relying on Charlton to cheer me up, always a dodgy idea. 90 minutes of battling and some shocking reffing (inc A rough disallowed goal I recall) meant that as the clock counted down the depression was setting in. Ball dropped to him in the 90th and he hit it as hard as he ever hit a ball for us from about 8 yards... somehow it made everything better. Funny ol' game.
Anyone mentioned Grant penalty vs Accrington a couple years ago? Not the best goal ever but a mental game with the Taylor red card and all the argy bargy after the match. Small pitch invasion after the goal Bielik gets a kick to the bollocks. Brilliant atmosphere.
The lesser remembered El Karkouri free kick last minute v Blackburn. Wasnt it Les Reeds only win? Remember I had already made my way down to the concourse and was watching with a few guys round the TV screen before running for the train.
Free kick went in, and a load of blokes who didnt know each other up to that point all went mental, rolling around hugging each other.
Some great memories there, but how about the 4-4 draw at home to Norwich with us two behind going towards the 90th minute. Leaburn equalised deep into injury time with The Valley much emptier than it was when we went two behind.

With a cameo of Ben Watson!!
Two men sent off and injury time equaliser by Llera - amazing finish to the game.
The fact that we went on to win in extra time completed the night.

Naby's equalised at QPR was a great moment too (90 + 5!)

The Danny Green one away at Yeovil on Boxing Day in the promotion season was good. A reward for standing in that dreadful away end for 90mins.
Also Gudmundsson at home to Hull on that scorching hot day when we won 2-1 a few years back was decent.
I get the same reaction when I sit in the West upper.
Southend away 2010 - Kyel Reid 2-1 win.
Carlisle away 2010 - Paul Benson 4-3 win.
Bournemouth away 2012 - Yann 1-0 win.
QPR home 2014 - Jacko 1-0 win.
Cardiff away 2015 - Buyens 1-0 win.
QPR away 2019 - Naby 2-2.
And Barry Davies on comms!
Simply wonderful.

One of THE best ever celebrations.
Parker Vs Leeds away in 2003? For 2-1. Might have been 2002.
There must be loads but I'm rather switched off from the memories
